Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days from the date you received your item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• After we receive your returned item, we will confirm receipt via email/WhatsApp (if provided).
• Customer will bear the costs of return shipping, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/defect).

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or as per store policy).
• Refund processing time may take up to 7–14 business days depending on payment provider/bank.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability (size/color).
• If your required size is not available, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund (as applicable).

Shipping (Return Shipping)

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item if you chose the wrong size, color, or style.
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/defect), we will cover the return shipping (as per confirmation).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
